Guy began his career in 1998 providing technology solutions to Lloyds Insurance market. He joined Bloomberg in 2002, where he held a number of sales and management roles, culminating in responsibility for Bloomberg’s popular FX<GO> product in Europe.
In 2008 he joined Morgan Stanley, where he managed eDistribution for FX and Emerging Markets in EMEA. He has extensive practical experience in managing an electronic foreign exchange business, specialising in TCA and algorithmic execution.
In 2016 he launched FairXchange. He also acted as a consultant to MahiFX, helping them to develop and market algorithmic execution tools for investors.
Martin joined FairXchange in September 2022 from the London Stock Exchange Group, where he was a Solutions Business Director responsible for leading, transforming and delivering solutions with data platforms.. Prior to that, he held senior roles in the financial services divisions at Google Cloud and Microsoft in London and New York.
In addition to his Cloud, Big Tech and Data experience, he has an extensive background in FX Prime Brokerage from working at a number of leading global investment banks. During his 20 year career, he has held Director and Senior Sales roles at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, RBS Global Banking and Markets, and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Mark has a proven track record of building successful technology businesses. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of technical areas including high performance/low latency programming, web development, systems architecture and databases.
Before joining FairXchange he co-founded Inplay Racing, creating a ground-breaking product taking geo-location feeds live from racecourses in the UK and US to generate in-running odds.
Prior to that he was Co-Founder and Technical Director of Geneity, a software consultancy providing rapid, ad-hoc solutions to the gaming industry. Geneity was acquired by Playtech in 2012.
Will began his career at Goldman Sachs where he was a founding member of the European Statistical Arbitrage Group in the Equities Division.
In 2014 he joined Tudor Investment Corporation as a Quantitative Portfolio Manager across currency and futures markets. Over time his role expanded as Head of Execution and Liquidity Management where his group analysed orders across all listed and OTC markets to source quality liquidity, implement new trading systems and assess execution performance.
He was also involved in Machine Learning projects working with several MIT start-ups.
Mirko joined FairXchange in February 2023 coming from Farfetch, the e-commerce luxury giant, where he was leading the engineering effort to create a cutting edge Machine Learning platform alongside some of the brightest data scientists and analysts in the country. Prior to that he held a senior backend position at a startup that's trying to revolutionize the NHS by using advanced indoor localization technologies to reduce hospital wait times.
He has wide ranging experience that includes building reliable applications used in hospitals across the country and building fully fledged Machine Learning applications in Data intensive environments.
Ilias joined Fairxchange in August 2022 from National Grid ESO, where he was leading the development of an application to modernise the programmatic selection of generation units, aiming to help the ENCC balance the British electricity grid near real time.
His expertise spans from software development to the detailed understanding of complex business problems, while proposing and implementing smart and innovative solutions. Ilias holds a Master in Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, and he is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
He enjoys outdoor activities and sports.
Brook joined FairXchange in January 2023, following a background in mathematics. He started programming by developing bespoke data solutions for back office systems. Since then, he has also gained experience programming in a variety of contexts, such as automation, mathematical research, and working with banking technologies.
Brook holds a First Class degree in Physics and MMathPhys, attained at Oxford University.
Elliot joined FairXchange in 2022 after accumulating ten years of software development experience across diverse industries, such as, defence and medical sectors in developing countries. Before joining FairXchange, Elliot served as a DevOps engineer at YellowDog, where he played a pivotal role in constructing infrastructure, implementing monitoring systems, and developing tooling for exceptionally large cloud-based high-performance compute clusters.
Elliot's expertise extends beyond technical aspects, with a background in leading operations teams to align with the business objectives of growing companies.
Elliot holds a first-class MSc in Computer Science from the University of Southampton. Following his graduation, he worked for several years combatting cybercrime through disruption, detection and cybersecurity.
